Grand Opening of C&C Dental Was Spectacular!!

The Grand Opening of C&C Dental was a huge success!  Many of our wonderful patients attended with their families and some even brought their friends.  We also had some of the companies we do business with represented as well as our friends and peers.   The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce was there and conducted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for us.  Drs. Cashion and Cody and staff gave tours of the new facility, refreshments were served and prizes were given away.  Thanks to everyone who attended and made this a successful and fun event!

New C&C Dental Sign Is Up!

The new sign is up! Check it out....isn't it awesome? Next is the monument at the curb. We are winding down to the end on this project. Yay! Hope to be finished by the end of the year.

 

The Trusses Are Up !!!

Wow!  The builders are really making progress on the new C&C Dental building.  The trusses are finally up and the small second floor is built.  The plywood for the roof is installed on about three quarters of the building.  See photo below for a close up view on the changes.  Drive by to see the progress for yourself.  It is on the corner of Sweetwater Blvd. and Highway 59, right next to the Olive Garden restaurant.  You can see the steeple from Williams Trace Baptist Church in the background.   

The Paper is going up!

More and more progress is being made on the new office building.  We drove by the other day and stopped to see what was new.  This is a photo of Teresa in front of what will be the front doors of the new C&C Dental office sometime at the beginning of 2012.  The guys were wrapping the walls with this paper.  The next step is the trusses!  We are getting very excited.......can't wait until the roof is on!

The Walls Are Up!

Well......Cashion & Cody's new building is coming along!  They have the walls up now, and it's much easier to visualize what a building will look like with walls.  This is a view of what will be the front entrance.  It will be finished in red brick with several large white, cast stone columns across the front. In the photo below, you can see the two lease spaces, one of which is still available. The Foundation Has Been Poured!

We are making progress in construction of the new C & C Dental office.  They poured the foundation just before the holiday weekend.  (See photo below).  It is very exciting!  The next step will be the walls.  Drive by if you have time and check out the progress as the building goes up.  The contractors estimate the building will be finished by the end of the year.

Progress on Cashion & Cody's New Building

We wanted to give everyone an update on the progress of the new building.  Yesterday, All Star Plumbing finished work on laying the plumbing lines.  Today, HM General Contractors will continue the work by setting the rebar into place.  The photo above shows the plumbing lines and the rebar sitting on the sidelines waiting to be installed.  It's coming along on schedule so far.  We are getting excited just watching the daily progress!  Soon they will be ready to pour the foundation.  Stay tuned for more photos of the progress as it happens.
