Wisdom Wednesday

Today is Wisdom Wednesday.....where we share some dental wisdom with our readers.

There is never a suitable substitute for daily brushing and flossing.

However, a water pik does have it's benefits. It is like lifting weights for your gums.

It will tighten them around the tooth.
You can't swap the water pik for flossing..... but it is a great device!

We recommend soft bristle brushes and Oral B Satin Floss or floss picks.
